Roman Reigns Believes He’s In His Physical Prime At 41

Roman Reigns says that while he has days of body dysmorphia like everyone else, he believes he is in his physical prime. The World Heavyweight Champion recently spoke with Men’s Health for a new interview promoting his role in the upcoming Street Fighter movie as Akuma. The film is set for release on October 16th.

Reigns spoke about his physical conditioning in the interview and was asked if he finds himself at 41 trying to chase the body he had in his 30s. He also discussed how he keeps himself going on days he looks in the mirror and finds himself less confident. You can see the highlights below:

On His Physique At 41:

“I think I’m in my prime physically. I look at my stomach or whatever it may be, that’s a part of that body dysmorphia we’re all struggling with. And it’s one of those deals that I think if you just keep working on it…it’s not done until it’s done.”

On What He Tells Himself On His Less Confident Days:

“It’s a marathon. It’s not over. Even if your goal is tomorrow, just extend it. Just keep going. If my look isn’t perfect on Sunday, then I should probably just keep trying to make it a little better. Keep working at it.”
