Sammy Guevara Reportedly Dealing With A Concussion

During last night’s episode of AEW Dynamite, an announced match featuring Sammy Guevara was changed when Guevara wasn’t cleared to compete. ‘The Spanish God’ had been set to team with Konosuke Takeshita against Chris Jericho & Kenny Omega, but was replaced by Kyle Fletcher. According to the latest Wrestling Observer Radio, Guevara suffered a concussion at WrestleDream, which is why he couldn’t wrestle on Dynamite.

It’s up in the air when he could be back due to the nature of concussions. Whenever Guevara is cleared is when he’ll be back. Adam Cole was out for months when he suffered two severe concussions, while Jon Moxley will be back next week after having a minor one.
