Sammy Guevara Reveals Nasty Cut From Blood & Guts Match (Photo)

– As previously reported, none of the wrestlers in the Blood & Guts match on Dynamite suffered any major injuries, but there were bumps, bruises and cuts from the matchup. Sammy Guevara shared a tweet earlier today showing a nasty cut and bruise he suffered on his shoulder from the matchup.
