Samoa Joe Retains World Title Against Eddie Kingston At AEW Dynamite: Winter Is Coming

Samoa Joe is still your AEW World Champion, retaining the title with a win over Eddie Kingston at AEW Dynamite: Winter Is Coming. Joe beat Kingston in the main event of Wednesday’s show. In doing so, he successfully defended the World Title.

Kingston gave Joe his best and had several close calls where he nearly win the title. However, Joe was ultimately able to lock in the Coquina Clutch. Kingston fought the submission, but he eventually tapped out. Joe celebrated with the title to close the show. You can see highlights from the match below.

Samoa Joe’s title reign now stands at 18 days. He defeated Hangman Page at AEW Full Gear to lay claim to the title.
