Seth Rollins Hits Milestone as WWE World Heavyweight Champion

Seth Rollins has hit a milestone as the WWE World Heavyweight Champion after defeating Shinsuke Nakamura at Payback. Rollins is now 100 days into his reign.

As Rollins is the first champion, there’s nothing to compare it to. The longest-reigning champion with the previous incarnation of the the World Heavyweight title was Batista, who held it 282 days. However, this World Heavyweight title has been established as unrelated to that.

For Rollins personally, this reign is now longer than both of his runs as Universal Champion, but not as long as his 221-day reign as WWE Champion.
