Former World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins has provided another update on his recovery status amid his absence from WWE TV.
The Visionary injured his shoulder while performing a Coast-to-Coast headbutt on Cody Rhodes during the Men’s Crown Jewel Championship match at Crown Jewel: Perth this past October.
In a recent appearance on The Rich Eisen Show, Seth revealed that he recently got his brace off and that his recovery is “on track.”
“No, we’re on track. We’re on track. Yeah, I got the brace off, like, last week, middle of the last week. So it was nice. It’s nice to walk around like a regular person. I know there’s a lot of skepticism in your question, TJ. But you can consult my surgeon. I’m feeling alright. It’s nice to be able to get around without the brace, I’ll say that, but we’re on track,” Seth said.

Seth Rollins was written off television on the post-Crown Jewel episode of WWE RAW, with Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed, and Paul Heyman dumping him out of The Vision. He was also forced to relinquish the World Heavyweight Championship, which was eventually won by CM Punk at last month’s Saturday Night’s Main Event. Punk is set to defend his gold against Breakker on the January 5, 2026, episode of Monday Night RAW.
