Backstage Update on Stephanie Vaquer’s Return Status for WWE Clash in Italy 2026

Former WWE Women’s World Champion Stephanie Vaquer has been away from weekly programming since late last month. Vaquer was written off television during the April 27, 2026, episode of Monday Night RAW following an ambush from Raquel Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez of The Judgment Day. The angle was basically done to give some time off to La Primera, as she was dealing with a legitimate second-degree AC sprain at the time.

On May 18, PWInsider Elite reported that some within the company expected Vaquer to return to television during the Clash in Italy weekend. However, a latest update from Mike Johnson of PWInsider notes that while creative pitches have been made for her for the upcoming episode of Monday Night RAW, as of today, she is not expected to travel to Italy.

Stephanie Vaquer was involved in a bitter feud with Liv Morgan and her Judgment Day stablemates on the Road to WrestleMania 42. The numbers game proved to be her undoing at The Showcase of The Immortals in Las Vegas last month, as Morgan dethroned her as Women’s World Champion.
