Stephanie Vaquer Wins Vacant WWE Women’s World Title at Wrestlepalooza

Stephanie Vaquer is the new WWE Women’s world champion, winning the vacant title at Wrestlepalooza. Vaquer took on IYO SKY to decide the new champion. IYO had a knee issue during the match, which Vaquer took advantage of near the end. At one point, IYO pulled her kneepads down to give more damage. However, when she went for the moonsault, Vaquer moved and IYO landed on her knees. That allowed Vaquer to hit her version of the Spiral Tap for the win. The two showed each other respect after the match.

This is Vaquer’s first reign as the Women’s World Champion. She was previously an NXT Women’s Champion.
