The Miz Reacts to CM Punk vs. Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 42 Sunday

The Miz gives his thoughts on the masterclass delivered by Roman Reigns and CM Punk during their World Heavyweight Championship match in the main event of WrestleMania 42 Sunday.

Reigns and Punk lived up to the billing when they stepped inside the squared circle in front of a packed Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas last night, delivering a masterclass in storytelling, psychology, and selling and pulling out all stops to prove themselves superior to their opponent.

In the end, Roman delivered back-to-back Spears to Punk’s lifeless body to secure the pinfall and the World Heavyweight Championship. Speaking on SportsCenter, The Miz summed it up really well when he said that Roman vs. Punk has everything you’d want in a big-ticket main event of WrestleMania.

“Absolutely incredible! Everything you wanted in a big match feels for Night Two. Roman Reigns defeats, defeats CM Punk. Roman Reigns walked in here amid a sea of boos; people were chanting CM Punk’s name, singing his song. Then, all of a sudden, what happens? They’re chanting Roman Reigns’ name; they are signing Roman Reigns’ name, and Roman Reigns defeats CM Punk,” The Miz said.
