Thunder Rosa Emerges Victorious in Comeback Bout on AEW Collision

Former AEW Women’s World Champion Thunder Rosa had a successful return to in-ring competition on tonight’s episode of Collision.

Rosa returned to action after an eight-month injury-related hiatus on tonight’s show, as she went one-on-one with Julia Hart.

The closing moments of the match saw Thunder Rosa secure a pinfall victory after hitting her trademark move, Fire Thunder Driver.

After the match, Thekla appeared in the crowd and cut a promo on Rosa. The distraction prompted Julia Hart to attempt a sneak attack on the former AEW Women’s World Champion from behind before Kris Statlander came for the save.

This was Thunder Rosa’s first match since the All In: Texas event last July. She competed in the Women’s Casino Gauntlet Match at the event and subsequently went on a hiatus due to injury-related issues.
