Title For Title Match On WWE NXT Ends In DQ, TNA Roster Brawls With NXT To Close Show

Trick Williams and Oba Femi’s title for title match on WWE NXT ended in a DQ which was followed by a full TNA vs. NXT brawl to end the show. Tuesday’s show saw Femi and Williams do battle in a winner-takes-all match, during which many TNA stars were seen in the audience including Steve Maclin, The IInspiration, Eric Young, Matt Cardona and more. Mike Santana jumped the rail to join the commentary team and during the match he pointed out how the TNA roster was not happy that they were being left out of all discussions around the TNA World Title.

The match ended when the action spilled to the outside and Williams sent Femi into the ringsteps. He jawed with Santana and slapped him, leading to a return shot from Santana to cause the DQ. The TNA roster then rushed the ring and were met by the NXT roster. As the brawl spiralled out of control, Femi and Ricky Saints ended up staring at each other to end the show.

Saints will battle Femi for the NXT Championship at NXT No Mercy on Saturday.
