Update On Big E. Following Xavier Woods & Kofi Kingston’s WWE Exits

A new report has details on Big E’s WWE future after the exit of his New Day stablemates Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston. As reported over the weekend, Woods and Kingston chose to leave WWE in what was described as a mutual decision between them and the company.

After the departure of the two, there was some question among fans about E.’s future. According to Wrestlevotes Radio on Fightful Select though, sources familiar with the production of WWE’s Kickoff shows believe that Big E. will continue as a participant in those shows.

The report notes that Big E. is viewed as a “valuable presence” internally within WWE and a key factor in the success of the pre-shows. E. has been a part of the Kickoff shows for the past several years since he suffered a career-ending injury on the March 11th, 2022 episode of WWE Smackdown.

There’s no word on the length of Big E’s current WWE contract.
