WWE has been bolstering its roster of WWE ID contracts, and a new report says that more are set to be announced. Several names in the past several days have been announced as part of the Independent Development program including Starboy Charlie, Airica Demia, and Fallyn Grey.
Fightful Select reports that according to sources, more names are set to be revealed on the men’s side of the program. No word on the exact timeframe for those reveals at this time beyond “soon.”
It was reported last weekend that several ID talents were revealed at the recent EVOLVE tapings including Notorious Mimi — again using her previous NXT name of Sloane Jacobs — as well as Grey and Valentina Rossi who worked under the name of Gianna Capri. Grey worked as Veronica Haven, while Demia worked the EVOLVE taping as Anya Rune.
The WWE ID program was announced in October of 2024 and is designed to sign independent talent to deals, giving them access to WWE resources while they continue working the indie scene. A number of wrestling schools are associated with the program, such as Booker T’s Reality of Wrestling and Cody Rhodes &QT Marshall’s Nightmare Factory. Talent under the contracts also often work matches on WWE Evolve.
