Wardlow made his return to the ring on this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite and competed in the 10-man main event match. Wednesday evening’s PAC tribute episode was main evented with a 10-man match in which the Death Riders teamed up against the Don Callis Family. Wardlow made his return with the DCF, joining Josh Alexander, Jake Doyle, Lance Archer, and Mark Davis. Meanwhile, the Death Riders had their own secret weapon as Bryan Danielson returned to the ring to join Gabe Kidd, Claudio Castagnoli, Daniel Garcia, and Wheeler Yuta.

The almost 15-and-a-half minute match had time for everyone to get their moments in, including Danielson and Yuta hitting simultaneous Busaiku knees to Davis and Wardlow. The finish of the match saw Garcia put Doyle in a Sharpshooter to hold him as Castagnoli hit a stomp. Garcia got the pinfall. Danielson joined the Death Riders (including Jon Moxley) in the ring after the match to embrace.

Wardlow has been off TV since AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door in August of 2025, where he suffered a torn pec in his return segment. You can see clips from the AEW Dynamite match below
