World Heavyweight Title Match Set For WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event

The new World Heavyweight Champion will be decided between CM Punk and Jey Uso at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event next month. Uso won a battle royal in the main event of Monday night’s Raw. Uso secured a shot at the vacant title against CM Punk with the win.

Jey and Jimmy Uso, LA Knight, and Dominik Mysterio made up the final four for the match.. Knight and Jimmy ended up wrapped in the ropes toward the end, and Jey took his shot by eliminating both his rival and his brother. Mysterio tried to take advantage of the situation Jey threw him out to end the match. You can see highlights from the match below.

As noted, Adam Pearce stripped Seth Rollins of the championship in the opening segment of the show. Rollins is out of action due to an injury suffered at Worlds Collide, and was written off by virtue of an attack by The Vision at the end of last week’s show.

WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event takes place on November 1st at the Delta Center in Salt Lake City, Utah. The show will air live on Peacock, and 411 will have live coverage of the show.
