WrestleMania 42 Ticket Sales Remain Slow, But Still On Pace For Record Revenue

WrestleMania 42 ticket sales continue to move slowly, with about six weeks remaining before the two-night event in Las Vegas. According to the latest figures reported in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the numbers reflect little growth following WWE Elimination Chamber, with most of the demand expected closer to the event date.
Night One of WrestleMania, scheduled for April 18, has approximately 36,735 tickets sold. That figure represents an increase of about 505 tickets compared to the previous week. Night Two, set for April 19, currently stands at roughly 37,346 tickets, reflecting a smaller week-to-week increase of around 211 tickets.
Both shows will take place at Allegiant Stadium, which is configured for a large-capacity setup during the annual event. Combined, the two nights currently account for more than 70,000 tickets sold across the weekend. Secondary market prices remain relatively high, with entry-level listings reported at around $256 for Night One and $268 for Night Two.
Meltzer also notes that with the gate, the ESPN pay for the show and sponsorship revenue, WrestleMania 42 will end up generating more revenue than any show in history, including the Saudi Arabia shows.
Historically, WrestleMania ticket sales often accelerate as the full match lineup becomes clearer. Major storyline announcements and confirmed headline matches typically drive the largest spikes in demand during the final promotional stretch.
At this stage, WWE is still shaping the card through weekly programming across RAW and SmackDown. The company traditionally builds momentum in the final weeks leading up to WrestleMania, using premium live events, storyline developments, and celebrity appearances to increase visibility.
