Perry Saturn Says WWE Shouldn’t Be Holding Crown Jewel In Saudi Arabia

Count Perry Saturn among those who don’t believe WWE should be heading to Saudi Arabia for Crown Jewel amid the current tensions in the region. The former WWE star discussed the topic in his latest YouTube video with co-host Chase Brogan.

WWE is set to hold Saturday’s PLE in Riyadh. The move has drawn pushback among fans and others in the industry due to the elevated threat level amid the Iran war. Countries around the region have been targeted, including Saudi Arabia who suffered an attack at the King Khalid International Airport in mid-October. Saturn spoke about how he thinks it’s a “stupid” idea to head over there and how he wouldn’t be surprised if something happens, though he hopes it won’t. You can see highlights below:

“They shouldn’t be going there. If I’m a jack-off terrorist, that’s a perfect target. Because I know all the Saudi people will be there too, and they’re my enemy now too because they’re doing this s**t with them. I think that’s stupid as f**k.

“And I’ve never been in a combat situation. And I consider that to be great luck. I wouldn’t want to be in a combat situation. So yeah, that’s — I wouldn’t go. I don’t care if they fired me. Because I won’t be surprised if they all die over there. I’m sure they won’t, but if it happened, I’d think, ‘Yeah, I would have bombed them [if I was a terrorist].'”

On TKO’s Potential Liability:

“What happens if there is some tragedy? How is TKO going to financially support all the families and s**t? Like, they’ll go bankrupt if that happens, because everyone will sue them… You know, sometimes it’s really cool going to other countries, and sometimes it’s really not cool. And that’s a place that I don’t think is cool to go.”
