WWE Gives an Update on The WrestleMania 30 Buyrate
June 3, 2014 | Posted by
– According to WWE’s Key Performance Indicators update, WrestleMania 30 looks to have done approximately 690,000 buys on PPV. 351,000 of those are North American buys, while 339,000 are international. The international numbers are down approximately 120,000 from WrestleMania 27, 28 and 29.
With the international buys down so much from the past three years, there is more speculation that some of the 667,000 WWE Network subscribers are actually international customers.
WWE announced 667,000 WWE Network subscribers the day after the show, so combined with the PPV buys, that would be a combined 1,357,000 people paying, in some form, for the show.
