WWE News: Triple H Talks About WWE’s Plans For Global Localization, Poll on Greatest Royal Rumble Matches

– Triple H spoke at the 2018 Partner Summit during WrestleMania week about what “global localization” means for WWE. The company filed a trademark for the term on April 7th.

Per John Pollock, Triple H came up with the name and said it was part of the company’s plans to “create NXT brands around the world as a global territorial system” similar to what Shane McMahon wanted to do in the mid-2000s. WWE didn’t go through with the plans at the time. You can check out a photo Pollock tweeted of the presentation by Triple H below.

– WWE’s latest poll asks fans which Greatest Royal Rumble match they’re most looking forward to. The results as of this writing are:

First-Ever 50-Man Greatest Royal Rumble Match: 45%
The Undertaker vs. Rusev: 15%
Brock Lesnar vs. Roman Reigns: 13%
AJ Styles vs. Shinsuke Nakamura: 8%
Seth Rollins vs. The Miz vs. Finn Bálor vs. Samoa Joe: 7%
John Cena vs. Triple H: 4%
“Woken” Matt Hardy & Bray Wyatt vs. Cesaro & Sheamus: 3%
Cedric Alexander vs. Kalisto: 2%
Jeff Hardy vs. Jinder Mahal: 1%
The Bludgeon Brothers vs. The Usos: 1%

The Greatest Royal Rumble is set for Friday in Saudi Arabia.
