WWE NXT Rating Up, Viewership Ticks Down Against Presidential Debate
WWE NXT saw an uptick in its rating and a small drop in viewership slip against the US presidential debate. Tuesday’s episode scored a 0.19 rating in the 18 – 49 demographic and 628,000 viewers per Wrestlenomics. Those numbers were up 11.8% and down 0.5% respectively from the previous week’s 0.17 demo rating and audience of 631,000.
The demo rating was the best for the show since the July 23rd episode also drew a 0.19, while the viewership was still up from the 615,000 that came in two weeks ago. NXT was head-to-head with the Harris-Trump debate, which early estimates have at being watched by 57.7 million viewers across ABC News, NBC News, Fox News, MSNBC, CBS News, Fox Broadcasting, CNN, and Fox Business Network. The debate numbers do not include streaming; no demo rating is available for it as of yet.
NXT is averaging a 0.186 demo rating and 634,000 viewers in 2024 to date, compared to a 0.165 demo rating and 631,000 for the same point in 2023.
