Danhausen’s WWE career is seemingly off to a good start. According to PWInsider (via WrestlingNews.co), the company officials are “pleasantly surprised” with the figures that his merchandise sales have generated so far.
Danhausen arrived in WWE at last weekend’s Elimination Chamber Premium Live Event. He was revealed as the person behind the mystery crate that had been a huge talking point on WWE television in the lead-up to the Chicago event.
The former AEW star made his presence felt on this week’s edition of Monday Night RAW. He was featured in backstage segments, where he shared a list of his demands with General Manager Adam Pearce before placing his trademark curse on Dominik Mysterio.
Danhausen himself took to social media to reveal that his debut shirt is the top seller on the WWE Shop. He urged fans to buy his shirt or risk facing the same fate as “Dirty” Dom, referencing his curse on The Judgment Day member that led to him losing the Intercontinental Championship to Penta this past Monday night.
“Danhausen’s debut shirt is the top seller on @WWEShop. Go give Danhausen all of your human monies or face the same fate of Mysterious Dominik,” he wrote. Check out Danhausen’s post below:
