WWE Smackdown Rating & Audience Down In Syfy Airing
WWE Smackdown aired on Syfy last week due to the Olympics, and its audience and demo rating were predictably down as a result. Friday’s episode brought in a 0.26 rating in the 18 – 49 demographic and 1.042 million viewers per Wrestlenomics. Those numbers are down 25.7% and 28.6% respectively from the previous week’s 0.35 demo rating and audience of 1.49 million.
Even on Syfy, the show did better numbers than some of the January figures. The demo rating and audience were the lowest since the January 23rd episode had a 0.22 and 943,000 viewers. The Olympics on USA Network did a 0.55 demo rating and 2.482 million viewers.
As a reminder, Nielsen made an adjustment to its Big Data + Panel numbers in late January, and even the original Big Data + Panel ratings makes ratings difficult to compare to pre-change weeks. That said, WWE Smackdown is currently averaging a 0.267 demo rating and 1.120 viewers in 2026 compared to a 0.447 and 1.476 million for the same time period in 2025.
