Jason Knight spoke with MMAjunkie for a new interview. Some highlights are below:

On getting his deviated nasal septum fixed: “That 145-pound division – now that I can breathe they better watch out, because I’m coming. (I’m) going to look like a whole different fighter next time.”

On his next fight: “Next, it’s got to be a top-15 opponent. They’ve got to give me an opponent who’s up there. I’ve got a four-fight win streak, and there’s not a lot of people who do that in the UFC. Especially not a four-fight winning streak with three bonuses out of the four fights.”

On a possible fight with Yair Rodriguez: “I’d like to fight somebody like Cub Swanson or something like that. If they want to give me Yair Rodriguez, because (as) I said the other night, I believe I could pretty much dominate that fight. Yair’s got good stand-up and everything, but he’s got good stand-up whenever he’s on the outside. And I believe that fight with Yair Rrodriguez would probably go a lot like the Alex Caceres fight (Knight finished Caceres with a rear-naked choke at UFC on FOX 23). And I’m pretty positive that I could win that fight pretty easily.”
