Wrestling-Themed Horror Comedy Here For Blood Gets Release Date On Screambox
A wrestling-themed horror-comedy film called Here For Blood is scheduled to be released on February 9, 2024, in theaters, digital platforms, and Screambox.
Directed by Daniel Turres and written by James Roberts, the movie features a talented cast including Shawn Roberts (known for his role in Resident Evil), Maya Misaljevic (from The Boys), Joelle Farrow (featured in Under The Banner Of Heaven), and Tara Spencer-Nairn (known for her work in Ghosts).
Channing Decker and Marc Andre Boulanger will make appearances in the film. The IMDb plot synopsis reads as the following:
“When his girlfriend, Phoebe, is swamped with college exams; Tom O’Bannon, a rowdy pro-wrestler struggling to make ends meet, agrees to fill in as a last-minute replacement for her well paying babysitting job. Tom arrives at an isolated family home where he meets the precocious 10-year-old Grace. What starts off as a quiet night of pizza and video games quickly spirals into bloody, violent chaos as Tom and Grace find themselves fighting for their lives when an otherworldly cult of masked intruders descend on the home.”
