Woman Injured During Hulk Hogan Beer Event
A woman ended up injured during Hulk Hogan’s promotional event for his beer brand on Monday. ABC News 5 in Cleveland reports that a 50-year-old woman was hurt during the event in Medina, Ohio on Monday when she was hit by a thrown beer can that knocked her to the floor.
Details on the specifics of the incident are not currently clear. Medina Township police officers took a report and the report notes that some witnesses said Hogan threw the beer in question, while others said it was a crew member for the event who was throwing beers from the stage like a “baseball pitch.” Due to the conflicting information, no one was arrested or charges. The woman ended up getting nine stitches.
The event is the same one that Hogan went viral over for joking about presumptive Democratic Party Presidential nominee Kamala Harris’ heritage, asking, “Is Kamala a chameleon? Is she Indian?” and following that up with a “How?” in reference to the Native American trope.
