Nixon Newell (Tegan Nox) & Miranda Alize Appear on AEW Collision

Nixon Newell and Miranda Alize surprised AEW fans on Saturday night, appearing on AEW Collision to confront TayJay (Tay Melo & Anna Jay). Their confrontation led to the two teams agreeing to a future match.

TayJay are also set to face Penelope Ford & Megan Bayne in the first round of the AEW Women’s Tag Team Title tournament.

The inaugural AEW Women’s Tag Team champions will be crowned in an eight-team single-elimination tournament that will begin on the October 29th episode of AEW Dynamite.

Other matches set for the tournament:

* Queen Aminata and Jamie Hayter vs. Sisters of Sin (Skye Blue and Julia Hart)
* Babes of Wrath (Willow Nightingale and Harley Cameron) vs. Mercedes Moné and Athena
* Alex Windsor and Riho vs. Timeless Love Bombs (Toni Storm and Mina Shirakawa)

Nixon Newell is best known from her run as Tegan Nox in WWE. Alize has appeared on ROH TV and she and Newell have been feuding on the independent scene lately.
