Hey there, TNA fans! It’s Thursday, and that means it’s time for another episode of TNA iMPACT! I’m Himanshu (you can follow me on Twitter @Himanshu_Doi) and you know how this works. Tonight on iMPACT, A steel cage grudge match pits Team TNA – Mike Santana, Matt or Jeff Hardy, Steve Maclin and Santino Marella – against NXT’s Stacks, Lexis King, Tyson Dupont, Tyriek Igwe and Brooks Jensen for bragging rights and brand supremacy, a 20-man battle royal will decide who challenges Frankie Kazarian for the TNA World Championship, Knockouts World Champion Léi Yǐng Lee teams with Xia Brookside to meet Tessa Blanchard next to Mila Moore in a tag bout and more.

Match 1: #1 Contendership 20-Man Battle Royal for the TNA World Championship

BDE and John Skyler are on the apron and BDE kicks him to eliminate him. The Hometown Man is on the apron and punches Ryan Nemeth, but Ryan pokes him in the eyes and pushes him off to eliminate him. CW and Brock Anderson with Spinebusters on Saint and Sinners. Zachary Wentz throws out CW Anderson to eliminate him. The Rascalz team up for a Dragon Gate Special on Brock Anderson. Travis Williams eliminates Zachary Wentz. Myron Reed superkicks Brock Anderson to eliminate him. Jake Something eliminates Myron Reed. Bear Bronson and Jake Something exchange punches. Rich Swann brawls with Ryan Nemeth on the apron but A.J. Francis outside the ring pulls down Rich Swann to eliminate him and hits the Down Payment on the apron. Eric Young clotheslines Moose and Cedric Alexander to eliminate them. Ryan Nemeth teams up with Eric Young to go after Bear Bronson but Bear Bronson hits a chokebomb and eliminates him. Eric Young looks for a piledriver to Bear Bronson on the apron and Bronson flips him over and Young falls to the floor.

Result: Bear Bronson wins the #1 Contendership 20-Man Battle Royal for the TNA World Championship
Reaction: **

Santino Marella says the NXT guys will regret the day they invaded TNA. Maclin says they picked the wrong people. Matt Hardy says tonight is the time for NXT to E.X.I.T. from TNA. Mike Santana says good luck in the cage with five dogs and that they’re going to eat them alive. Santana says get ready and they woof.

Backstage interview with Bear Bronson and he says that he has always wanted to be here in TNA. He says this is a bad time to be Frankie Kazarian, because he kicked down the front door of his kingdom. He says he is coming for Frankie because he is the new number 1 contender for the TNA World Championship.

Match 2: Léi Yǐng Lee & Xia Brookside vs. Tessa Blanchard & Mila Moore

Xia Brookside with a hurricanrana followed by a dropkick on Moore. Tessa tags herself in and asks for Lee. Xia tags to Lee and she locks up with Tessa. Tessa with a shoulder block and Lee returns with a dropkick. Moore takes the tag and the Angel Warriors take her down. Xia and Lee hit crossbodies from the top rope to Tessa and Mila on the outside. Robert Stone distracts Lee and Tessa attacks her from behind. Brookside hits Broken Wings on Moore in the corner and hits a neckbreaker for two. Moore rolls up Xia for two. Lee hits the Warrior’s Way for the win.

Result: The Angel Warriors (Lei Ying Lee & Xia Brookside) defeat Mila Moore & Tessa Blanchard

Dani Luna is backstage and says last week she went through hell in that Dog Collar match. She says if that isn’t enough to warrant a Knockouts World Championship match, she doesn’t know what is. She challenges Lee to prove that she’s a fighting champion. She says she is looking at her doomsday.

Robert Stone is livid backstage and asks Tessa if she is the first ever woman to hold the TNA Championship and she says yes. He asks Mila Moore if she’s going to be the rookie of the year and she says yes. He tells Victoria that she is great. He tells they are the Michael Jordan of TNA but even Michael Jordan has bad days. Tessa says they are issuing an open challenge to any three Knockouts. She says they’re the Diamond Collective and this time, they’re not playing around.

Gia Miller backstage with the Angel Warriors and asks Léi Yǐng Lee on her response to Dani Luna. Lee says Dani is strong and tough. She says if she wants to fight, she won’t run. She says she will defend the title with honor. Xia says she’s kinda scary. She says she’s got this. Lee says “anytime, anywhere, bitch!”

Elijah comes out with his guitar for his concert. He asks who wants to Walk With Elijah. He says he wrangled Ali and got him out of there on a horse. He said a few weeks back during his comeback concert, he decided to ruin it. He sings a song about going to El Paso. Tasha Steelz comes out with Agent Zero. She says they are not here to sing and dance to Elijah’s music. She says they are here to address the travesty. Mustafa Ali comes out and says he is here to discuss an incident that took place that is now known as the “Laso in El Paso.” He says he was lassoed and dragged out by a horse. He tells the people to observe a brief moment of silence. Elijah plays the tune of “Walk With Elijah”. Ali says he promises to make his life a living hell. Elijah says it’s time to fight. Skyler and Hotch attack him from behind. Elijah goes up to the stage and Ali hits him with his guitar.

A video package for Indi Hartwell. She says last week was a war and she didn’t realize how it would take from her. She says she is not cleared but one thing about her is she never gives up. She says Dani pushed her to her limit. She says when she is cleared, she will prove that she’s the best Knockout. She says they could call her stubborn or crazy, but one day they will one day they will call her TNA Knockouts World Champion.

We see footage of Leon Slater from WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event.

A backstage promo by Moose who says he was this close from being the No. 1 Contender to the TNA World Championship. He says he is not going to make excuses. He says he did not invoke his rematch clause for the TNA X-Division Championship and asks for a match against Leon Slater at Genesis. Cedric Alexander says he is going to revoke that and that he is next in line for the championship.

Backstage, Kazarian is talking to a painting of Elvis Presley and says it takes a king to know a king. He says he is about to become the new face of AMC. He says he is going to start 2026 off by beating a bear. He says he doesn’t know if he’s half bear and half Charles Bronson. He says he is not a mark and that the belt is staying with him.

Match 3: Ten Man Tag Team Steel Cage Match

Egwe is thrown into the steel cage. Maclin hits an Olympic Slam to Stacks. Maclin places Stacks between the ropes and the cage and hits Caught in the Crosshairs. Maclin climbs up the cage. Stack and Jensen look to suplex him down. Santino and Santana suplex them down. Santino hits The Cobra on Jensen followed by Spin The Block by Santana on Jensen for the win.

Result: Team TNA (Jeff Hardy, Matt Hardy, Mike Santana, Santino Marella & Steve Maclin) defeat Team NXT (Brooks Jensen, Channing Lorenzo, Lexis King, Tyriek Igwe & Tyson Dupont)
Reaction: ***

After the match, Arianna Grace hugs Santino but then kicks him between the legs. Maclin climbs into the cage and Arianna gets out. Arianna asks Santana if he has a daughter and tells him she hopes he is nothing like Santino. She kisses Stacks at the stage as Santana and Maclin check on Santino.
