Jey Uso Assaulted Before WWE Smackdown, Taken Away In Ambulance

Jey Uso looks to potentially be out of WWE Elimination Chamber, as he was “assaulted” before this week’s WWE Smackdown and taken a way in an ambulance. WWE posted a video to Instagram with Uso laid out backstage and being tended to by WWE officials. Uso appeared as if he had been thrown through a structure of some kind.

A second video shows Uso loaded into an ambulance with Jacob Fatu accompanying him whole a host of other stars, including Cody Rhodes, looked on. You camn see both videos below.

Use was set to compete in the men’s Chamber match at WWE Elimination Chamber. He qualified for the match in a mid-match creative change after the original planned winner, Bronson Reed, suffered an injury.

WWE put Uso’s spot in the match in question on Smackdown and Paul Heyman suggested Logan Paul for the spot. Nick Aldis thought the situation a bit convenient but said he’d consider it and needed to make some calls.

Rhodes, Randy Orton, LA Knight, Trick Williams, and Je’Von Evans are all set to be part of the men’s Elimination Chamber match at tomorrow’s PLE. The winner of the match gets an Undisputed WWE Championship match at WrestleMania 42.
