Mustafa Ali Retains International Title On This Week’s TNA Impact

Mustafa Ali walked out of his open challenge with his TNA International Championship reign intact, defeating Adam Brooks on this week’s TNA Impact. Ali put his title on the line on Thursday’s show against Brooks. The match was part of Ali’s open challenge to defend the title against any TNA or independent star.

Brooks lasted just under six minutes against Ali, who taunted the challenger at times in the match. Brooks was able to take advantage but Ali dodged a charge into the corner. He went up top for the 450 splash to get the pinfall and retain his title. You can see clips from the TNA Impact match below.

Ali’s title reign now stands at 20 days. He won the championship from Trey Miguel at TNA Rebellion on April 11th.
