Legendary commentator Jim Ross has shared a post-brain-surgery photo of his head with fans on social media.
As noted, Ross underwent a successful brain surgery this past Wednesday. Before the surgery, JR explained the process to fans on social media, revealing that a hole would be drilled into his skull, followed by a small tube being inserted into his stomach for better excess brain fluid management.
Earlier this afternoon, Jim Ross took to X to share a picture of his head post-surgery.
“The proof is in the pudding!” he wrote.

Ross has dealt with several health issues this summer. He suffered a couple of falls on either side of his appearance at AEW Double or Nothing 2026 and spent several weeks in the hospital. Last month, he revealed that he would be undergoing brain surgery.
Despite his health concerns, Ross said last month that he was hopeful of making it to AEW All In: London. The Tony Khan-led company’s showpiece event will take place at the iconic Wembley Stadium in London, UK, on August 30.
411Mania wishes the legendary Jim Ross a speedy recovery.
