Shinsuke Nakamura & Kyoki Match Set For Next Week’s WWE Smackdown

Shinsuke Nakamura and Kyoki have their debut as a tag team on next week’s episode of WWE Smackdown. It was announced on Friday’s show that Nakamura will team with Kyoki, the former Hiromu Takahashi, to take on The Miz and Kit Wilson on next Friday’s episode.

The match was set up in a backstage segment where Miz and Wilson approached Nick Aldis. Miz told the Smackdown General Manager that he owed them and talked about how they had been plagued by Danhausen. Aldis said that they would get a tag team match next week as they will battle Nakamura and Kyoki, caling them Bakusai.

Kyoki made his WWE TV debut on last week’s episode of Smackdown, appearing in a vignette with Nakamura. The two have expressed their plans to go after the MFTs, who are the current WWE Tag Team Champions.

The match is the first announced for next week’s WWE Smackdown, which taped tonight and will air on Friday via USA Network in the US and Netflix internationally. The full spoilers from the taping are here.
