Backstage Update on TNA Status of Ben Bishop Following His Debut at Bound for Glory

As previously noted, wrestler Ben Bishop debuted at TNA Bound for Glory, competing in the Call Your Shot Gauntlet. Fightful Select has an update on his signing status.

As of Sunday night, Bishop hadn’t officially signed with TNA Wrestling. However, it’s said that Bishop did make a good impression on TNA officials the outlet spoke to. It’s also noted that TNA officials had their eyes on Bishop for a while.

Ben Bishop entered the gauntlet match at No. 19, marking his first appearance for TNA Wrestling. Frankie Kazarian ultimately walked away the winner of the 21-person Call Your Shot Gauntlet. Bishop also previously had a tryout for WWE earlier this year.
