Crunchyroll Games Reveals One Punch Man: World Multiplayer Action Game

Crunchyroll Games and developer Perfect World today revealed a new multiplayer action game based on the One Punch Man franchise. The new title, One Punch Man: World is currently in the works for Windows PC, iOS, and Android.

The upcoming title is currently open for pre-registration on Windows PC at the game’s official website. a new announcement trailer was also revealed for the game, which you can check out below.

The upcoming title is described as an “immersive online action game” that will put players into the universe of One Punch Man and the hero Saitama. After a wave of monster attacks, Earth’s cities and the Hero Association need help. In the game, a new enemy appears, and the question remains if Saitama will be able to show his full power today?

In One Punch Man: World, players will be able to unlock the fan-favorite heroes from the anime series, such as Saitama’s protege, Genos. Players will be able to gather at the Hero Association to socialize, meet friends, take on missions, and also team up for raids against various foes. The game will have a combat system that will require perfectly timed dodges, skill combos, and ultimate attacks. There will also be all-new abilities for beloved characters.

Also, players will be able to experience iconic moments from the first season of the anime series, along with expanded scenarios from an alternative point of view. The game will feature exploration of Z-City, including side activities and mini-games.

One Punch Man: World is due out later this year. It will be free-to-play.
