Alberto El Patron’s legal battle with Combate Global is over, as the lawsuit filed by Patron has been dismissed. PWInsider reportts that the suit, initially filed by Patron back in October of 2021, was dismissed by the The United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on December 12th. The dismissal came after a joint request by the two sides requesting the dismissal with prejudice, which means that it cannot be refiled. Both sides will handle their own legal fees.

A joint request for dismissal usually indicates a settlement or other agreement, though the site reports there is no confirmation of that at this time.

Alberto El Patron filed the lawsuit alleging that Combate Global, LLC breached the contract between them, claiming that they owe him $250,000 for his fight with Tito Ortiz. He also claimed that they are still controlling his social media accounts even though he no longer works for them.
