Kevin Costner Thinks MMA Should Be an Olympic Sport

Kevin Costner spoke with MMAjunkie about being a longtime fan of MMA. You can check out some highlights below:

On MMA being part of the Olympics: “Is (MMA) a part of the Olympics? I think that should be. I’ve just watched it the last 15 years. I think it’s one of the greatest sports out there – the drama that exists and the way they’ve controlled their sport.”

On his love of baseball: “I’ve loved baseball my whole life – everybody knows that. I’ve made the three movies: ‘Bull Durham,’ ‘Field of Dreams’ and ‘For Love of the Game.’ The Dodgers are my team – that’s my town. When I was a boy, I was a fan. I will watch a little bit during the course of the season. But I will catch the postseason – my life just goes off. But I wait till the fall.”
