The price of UFC PPVs is going up on ESPN+, starting with UFC 283 in January. Sports Business Journal’s Adam Stern has confirmed that ESPN+ is raising the price for PPVs to $79.99 per show starting with the January 21st show.

That is up $5 from the previous price, and the fourth time that the service has raised the price of PPVs since 2019. UFC PPVs at that time were $59.99. This is in addition to the monthly $9.99 price for the service.

A spokesperson for Disney confirmed the news, telling SBJ that the price “the value of ESPN+ and the popularity and quality of UFC events.”

UFC 283 will see Glover Teixeira and Jamahal Hill face off for the vacant light heavyweight championship, as well as a flyweight champion defense by Deiveson Figueiredo against Brandon Moreno.
