Ben Affleck & Jennifer Garner Agree to Divorce Settlement

According to TMZ, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner have settled their divorce case and the final settlement will be filed with the court after Affleck completes rehab.

The couple has reached a property settlement, which was complicated and time-consuming because of the fortune that needed to be divided; they did not have a prenuptial agreement. The couple also agreed to joint custody of their 3 children, and the site adds that they have gotten along great co-parenting the kids, and feel it’s better to shift custody back and forth depending on work schedules.

The reason the agreement cannon be signed and filed until Affleck finishes rehab is that Affleck’s sobriety issues won’t legally allow it.
