Dave Chappelle Open To Sitting Down & Talking With Upset Netflix Employees

Dave Chappelle is open to sitting down with Netflix employees offended by his recent jokes aimed at the trans community, reports TMZ. Chappelle’s representative told TMZ that the comedian is open to talk with Netflix employees if Netflix reached out to him to put it together, but so far, nobody has.

One of the Netflix employees who believes Chappelle inflicted damage on the LGBTQ+ community in his most recent comedy special, The Closer, previously said that she invited Chappelle to come and talk but that he did not show up.

In response, Chappelle’s camp told TMZ they don’t know about that claim and are open to talking with any group.

Netflix has been engulfed in controversy over the special since it premiered.
