First Look at Laurie Holden As Crimson Countess in The Boys Season 3
Season three of The Boys will feature the series’ debut of Laurie Holden as Crimson Countess, and the first image of the character is online. The show’s official social media accounts have released a photo of the Walking Dead alumna in costume as the character, which you can see below.
Crimson Countess is the satirical comic book’s take on Scarlet Witch and has powers of heat vision and heat/fire manipulation. She is part of the superhero group known as Payback in the comics alongside Soldier Boy, played by Jensen Ackles in the upcoming season.
Ackles and Holden join a cast that includes Jack Quaid, Laz Alonso, Tomer Capon, Karen Fukuhara, Karl Urban, Erin Moriarty, Antony Starr, Dominique McElligott, Jessie T. Usher, Chace Crawford, Nathan Mitchell, and fellow new cast member Katia Winter as Little Nina. The new season does not yet have a premiere date.
