Friends Reunion Special Shoot Rescheduled to 2021

The Friends reunion has officially been rescheduled to early next year, according to Matthew Perry. Perry has taken to Twitter to confirm that filming on the special has been set for March of 2021, a year after it was initially set to shoot. The special was intended to launch with HBO Max, but was forced to be delayed due to the ongoing pandemic due to the fact that it requires a live studio audience.
The special will see the six original main cast members reunite for an unscripted session discussing the series. It will be filmed on the pop culture landmark’s original soundstage on the Warner Bros. Studio lot in Burbank, California. The cast members are reportedly earning between $3 million to $4 million each for the special, which Ben Winston will direct.
Friends reunion being rescheduled for the beginning of March. Looks like we have a busy year coming up. And that's the way I like it!
