Sterling K. Brown and Evan Rachel Wood in Talks for Frozen 2 Cast

Variety has a new report on some potential casting news for Frozen 2. Per the report, Evan Rachel Wood (Westworld) and Sterling K. Brown (This Is Us) are currently in talks to join the cast for the upcoming Disney animated sequel.

Returning cast members Idina Menzel, Kristen Bell, Jonathan Groff, and Josh Gad are already set to reprise their roles for the film. The report does not have any more detailed information on who Wood and Brown are in line to voice for the CG animated feature.

The original film was released in 2013 and became a smash hit. The film grossed over $1.2 billion worldwide. It also won Academy Awards for Best Animated Feature and Best Original Song.

Frozen 2 will be directed by Chris Buck and Jennifer Lee. The sequel is slated for a November 27, 2019 release.
