HBO Max Boss Says They Are Working On Saving The Venture Bros

Back in September, Adult Swim announced that it had cancelled The Venture Bros after seventeen years and seven seasons, opting not to renew it for an eighth. At the time, there had been rumors of early discussions at HBO Max to save the series, and it seems the efforts of the fans are paying off.

HBO Max boss Andy Forssell noted on Twitter: “The Venture Bros fans are passionate, but incredibly civil. I’ve received tons of emails, all of which are short very well written notes, oozing with politeness. Class fans. Nothing imminent, but know that we’re working on it.”
