John Cena & More Guest Starring On The Simpsons Season Premiere

John Cena will be among the big guest stars for The Simpsons’ season premiere. It was announced at San Diego Comic-Con (per Variety that the actor and WWE star will be appearing on the show’s season 36 opener, titled “Bart’s Birthday.”
Producers for the show noted that Cena, Conan O’Brien (who used to write for the show), Danny DeVito and Tom Hanks will all be appearing on the episode.
“It’s kind of crazy, star-studded premiere,” showrunner Matt Selman said. “It’s a pretty bold, big idea.”
The show’s 36 season premieres on September 29th on FOX.
