Kevin Spacey and Steven Seagal will not be charged for allegations of sexual assault from the 1990s. TMZ reports that according to legal documents filed, the two will not be charged for the allegations that were made about incidents in the early ’90s.

Spacey was alleged by a man to have sexually assaulted him in 1992, while Seagal has been accused of sexually assaulting a woman in 1993. In both instances, the Los Angeles County District Attorney determined that both cases fall well outside the statute of limitations and as such, “an analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the evidence is not warranted.”

Spacey is still being investigated for a sexual assault in Los Angeles.
