WWE Reportedly Dealing With ‘Significant’ Visa Issues

It appears that AEW isn’t the only promotion dealing with work visa issues at the moment. F4WOnline’s Bryan Alvarez reports WWE is also facing “significant visa issues” at the moment.
It’s unknown which talents this is referring to in WWE, but it’s noted that various companies across the United States have experienced work visa problems in recent years, keeping wrestlers out of action for significant periods of time.
Although Alvarez’s report doesn’t specify which talents the issues are referring to, F4WOnline’s report notes that back in March, WWE was looking to sign more of the wrestlers on the AAA roster to new deals with visas, so they could work in the United States. This year’s AAA TripleMania 34 event will be held over two nights, with Night 1 scheduled for the Luxor Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada on September 11.
As noted, Komander and Beast Mortos are currently unable to wrestle in the U.S due to the work visa issues. Mortos currently holds the ROH World Tag Team Titles with Sammy Guevara. As a result of the problems, Mortos and Guevara have recently been defending the titles in Mexico in CMLL.
STARDOM similarly had to make changes to its WrestleMania Weekend show in April due to what the company called an “unusually long visa process.” As a result, Maki Itoh, Yuria Hime, and Fuwa-chan were unable to travel to the United States to compete at the event.
