Mary Elizabeth Winstead has only so long to live and find out who poisoned her in the trailer for the new action film Kate. Netflix released the trailer on Wednesday for the stylized film, which stars Winstead as the titular assassin, who is poisoned while taking a hit on a Yakuza boss and has less than a day to find out who did this to her. She starts to cut a bloody path on her way to answers, and picks up a teenage girl along the way. You can see the preview below.

The Netflix film releases on September 10th and stars Winstead, Woody Harrelson, newcomer Miku Martineau, Michiel Huisman, Tadanobu Asano, Jun Kunimura, Miyavi, and Kazuya Tanabe. It’s described as follows:

Meticulous and preternaturally skilled, Kate is the perfect specimen of a finely tuned assassin at the height of her game. But when she uncharacteristically blows an assignment targeting a member of the yakuza in Tokyo, she quickly discovers she’s been poisoned, a brutally slow execution that gives her less than 24 hours to exact revenge on her killers. As her body swiftly deteriorates, Kate forms an unlikely bond with the teenage daughter of one of her past victims.
