Netflix Releases Teaser, Release Date for Next Dave Chappelle Comedy Special The Closer

Netflix has released a teaser for the next Dave Chappelle stand-up comedy special, The Closer, which will be released on October 5th. Chappelle has done five previous specials for Netflix: The Age of Spin, Deep in the Heart of Texas, Equanimity, The Bird Revelation, and Sticks & Stones.

Chappelle and Netflix continue to have a very strong relationship, with Netflix helping Chappelle get the license back for Chappelle’s Show last year. It remains to be seen what the future holds for Chappelle and Netflix though, and if the comedian will do any more specials for the streamer.
