New Creed III Featurette Examines the Threequel’s Story

MGM is going behind the scenes in a new Creed III featurette that takes a look inside the upcoming film’s story. The studio released the new video on Friday, which features star and director Michael B. Jordan talking about his approach to the new film and explains the story of the new film. We also hear from co-stars Jonathan Majors and Tessa Thompson, the latter of whom talks about Jordan making his directorial debut on the movie.

The film is directed by Jordan from a script by Keenan Coogler & Zach Baylin. It stars Jordan, Tessa Thompson, Majors, Wood Harris, Florian Munteanu, and Phylicia Rashad and arrives on March 3rd, 2023. The synopsis reads:

After dominating the boxing world, Adonis Creed (Michael B. Jordan) has been thriving in both his career and family life. When a childhood friend and former boxing prodigy, Damian (Jonathan Majors), resurfaces after serving a long sentence in prison, he is eager to prove that he deserves his shot in the ring.
