Ryan Murphy Confirms Coven Cast Returning For American Horror Story: Apocalypse

Ryan Murphy has confirmed that several American Horror Story: Coven cast members are returning for American Horror Story: Apocalypse. Murphy posted to Twitter to reveal that Taissa Farmiga, Lily Rabe, Gabourey Sidibe, Frances Conroy, and Stevie Nicks are back for the season. All of them are expected to reprise their roles from the third season of the anthology series.

The group joins Sarah Paulson, Jessica Lange, Kathy Bates, Evan Peters, Adina Porter, Cheyenne Jackson, Billy Eichner, Leslie Grossman, Billie Lourd, Joan Collins and Cody Fern as confirmed cast members. Emma Roberts is also expected to return for the season, which will be a crossover between season one (Murder House) and season three (Coven).

American Horror Story: Apocalypse will premiere on September 12th on FX.
