The V/H/S anthology franchise is officially set to return in October on Shudder with V/H/S/94. The horror streaming service announced on Wednesday that the film, which will continue the anthology series began with 2012’s V/H/S, will premiere on October 6th as a Shudder Original.

The film will be spearheaded by David Bruckner, whose The Night House releases in theaters this weekend. Bruckner directed the “Amateur Night” segment from the first film and executive produces the new film alongside Radio Silence, Michael Schreiber of Studio 71, Zak Zeman, Tom Owen, and Raven Banner Entertainment’s Michael Paszt, James Fler, and Andrew T. Hunt.

The new film will follow the format of the previous entries and is described as follows:

After the discovery of a mysterious VHS tape, a brutish police swat team launch a high intensity raid on a remote warehouse, only to discover a sinister cult compound whose collection of pre-recorded material uncovers a nightmarish conspiracy.
